Can I customize my veil?

Yes! We offer custom sizing and lengths. Contact us at rui155898@gmail.com to discuss your vision. We can adjust veil length from 108 to 144 inches and offer three classic color shades — Pure White, Ivory, and Off White.

Which color should I choose for my veil?

We offer three classic shades: Pure White (best for bright white gowns), Ivory (the most popular choice, pairs beautifully with ivory and champagne dresses), and Off White (ideal for vintage-inspired and cream gowns). If unsure, order fabric swatches to compare at home, or consult your bridal boutique for the exact shade of your dress.

How do I care for and preserve my veil?

Read our Veil Care Guide for detailed cleaning and preservation instructions. Key tips: store hanging or laid flat, avoid direct sunlight, have professionally cleaned after the wedding, and keep in acid-free tissue paper for long-term preservation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Delivery estimates: US/Canada 7-14 business days, Europe 7-14 business days, Australia/New Zealand 10-18 business days, Asia 5-10 business days. What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The veil must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Product Selection & Matching Guide

1. What fabrics are your veils made of? Will they irritate the skin or snag easily?

All our veils are made of high-end fabrics exclusive to brides. The core styles use imported Swiss tulle, American soft tulle, and Italian pearlescent tulle, paired with skin-friendly lining. The fabric has been softened, with a smooth touch that does not irritate the skin, and is safe for sensitive skin. All fabrics have an anti-snag finish, which is not easy to snag during daily wear; heavy-duty styles have additional overlocking reinforcement to minimize the risk of accidents at the wedding scene.
2. How to choose the right veil length for me? What wedding dresses and wedding scenarios are suitable for different lengths?

We have compiled a general matching guide for you to quickly choose according to your needs:

  • Short style (40-60cm, shoulder/chest length): Smart and playful, suitable for light wedding dresses, going-out dresses, travel shooting, marriage registration, and small weddings. It does not overwhelm the height and is friendly to petite brides.
  • Medium-long style (70-150cm, waist/floor length): Versatile and error-free, suitable for most main wedding dresses, mermaid wedding dresses, and A-line wedding dresses. It is applicable to both indoor and outdoor weddings, balancing a sense of ceremony and convenience.
  • Long train style (180-300cm+): Full of romantic atmosphere, suitable for main wedding dresses with long trains, church weddings, and hotel banquet hall weddings. It creates the ultimate sense of ceremony and is recommended to be used with a petticoat.
  • If you are unsure, you can contact customer service and provide your wedding dress style, height, and wedding venue, and we will provide you with a one-to-one recommendation of the suitable length.
3. What colors are available for the veils? How to match the whiteness of my wedding dress to avoid color difference?

Our veils offer 3 core color options exclusive to brides: Ivory, Off-white, and Pure White, covering 99% of the whiteness of wedding dresses on the market.

  • Ivory: Suitable for satin wedding dresses and vintage wedding dresses, with a warm and gentle tone that flatters all skin tones.
  • Off-white: Suitable for most lace wedding dresses and light wedding dresses, natural and versatile.
  • Pure White: Suitable for shiny wedding dresses and minimalist wedding dresses, with a cool and advanced tone that shows texture.
4. What accessories are included with the veil? Do I need to buy an additional comb or fixing hairpins?

All veils are equipped with a matching metal comb as standard, which has been fixed on the veil in advance. It can be worn directly out of the box without additional purchase.

Personalized Customization Service

1. What veil customization services do you support?

We provide a full range of personalized customization services, including but not limited to: adjusting the length/layers/width of the veil, changing the fabric material, adding or reducing pearl/sequin/embroidery/hotfix rhinestone decorations, 1:1 reproduction of veil styles, custom original design drafts, etc. As long as you have an idea, we can help you realize it.
2. Is there an extra charge for custom-made veils? How long is the customization cycle?

Basic customization (adjusting length/layers/fabric) has no extra charge, the same price as in-stock styles;for heavy-duty customization,  and original design customization,a reasonable customization fee will be charged according to the complexity of the process. Customer service will give a clear quotation before placing an order, without any hidden consumption.

The regular customization cycle is 7-15 working days, and the heavy-duty customization cycle is 15-25 working days, depending on the customization content.
3. Have a favorite veil style/my own design drawing, can I customize it with 1:1 reproduction?

Yes. You can provide pictures of your favorite veils, hand-drawn drafts, and design drawings. Our designers will evaluate the feasibility of the process, give an accurate quotation and cycle, and can reproduce 1:1, or make personalized adjustments on the original style.
4. Do you support return and exchange for custom-made veils?

Custom-made veils are non-universal in-stock products made one-to-one according to your exclusive needs, so 7-day no reason return and exchange are not supported for non-quality problems. If the custom-made veil has quality problems such as fabric defects, workmanship problems, and inconsistency with the confirmed design drawings, we will unconditionally rework, exchange or refund the full amount for you, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us.
