1. Return Window You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

3. Custom-Made Products Custom-made products (size adjustments, color customization, embroidery customization, etc.) are personalized services and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. Please confirm size and color details carefully before placing your order.

4. Quality Issues If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue (e.g., damage, severe unraveling, incorrect or missing items), contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will arrange a free return or exchange, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Refund Processing Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
