1. Ready-to-Wear Products  
   Ready-to-wear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

2. Custom-Made Products  
   Custom-made products (including size adjustments, color customization, embroidery customization, etc.) are exclusive personalized services. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons. Please carefully confirm size, color, and other details before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact customer service.

3. Quality Issues  
   If the product you receive has quality issues (such as damage, severe unraveling, incorrect or missing items, etc.), please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. We will arrange a free return or exchange, and the shipping costs will be covered by our store.

4. Refund Processing Time  
   Once the returned item is inspected and meets the return/exchange criteria, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment account.
