We want you to love your Revi & Rumi veil. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may return or exchange your veil within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to Return
- Email rui155898@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
