Return Window
You may return or exchange your veil within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us first and we will reserve your replacement while you return the original item.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.
